under 5% bodyfat ?


Day 1 of attempting it is officially over. Mood was crap all day, attention span was crap all day. I feel terrible. lol just being honest. Ate 'well' but obviously not enough to be happy. I'm going through a horrible amount of guilt because my girlfriend saw me in this state and I wish I didnt put her through it. Will continue till Friday, but I'm going to load up on everything I want to eat on Thursday night. So till Thursday, EXTREME LEVELS of dieting and discipline, then HAPPY ME for the weekend.

Current calories - 2000/day max, carb cycling dependant on training
No carb days - 80% protein 20% fat
Carb days - 60% protein 30% carbs 10% fat
I've found this combination works well for me, the carb cycling keeps me looking 'full' and not 'dry' (dry also tends to make my face look unhealthy and like I'm 'dying').
