First daytime nap in a long while...



my post is about human naps but that picture was too cute to not upload haha. Anyhoo, naps are good. I think they're neccesary in some situations, except I was one of those individuals that always thought daytime was too precious to waste and could never physically sleep during the day. Last night I managed a pretty rough workout, 5km run, then front squats utilizing the tabata method (will explain in another post perhaps, however generally all you're supposed to do is that one exercise when utilizing the tabata method), some pushups because I felt like it, followed by another 5km run. Somewhat fatiguing on the legs, in fact my knees are a little dull right now. Anyway, the late workout didnt put me to sleep last night as well as I'd planned, and it ended up being broken sleep totalling about five hours. Around 2:30 this afternoon I felt drowsy, (no I'm not any drugs or medication) so I stopped work, put on last Sunday's new Top Gear episode and laid back to relax, fell asleep for two and half hours. REALLY fell asleep. Felt so good waking up.
