Training

Still hanging in there. 140 even. I think I'm finally at a comfortable weight, even through some binging I'm constant. Water intake has suffered a little the past few weeks. Goal for January - Turkish getups with a quarter a side on the barbell. Pulled off 20lbs a side last week, shoulders were traumatized today from a prior chest workout so I couldn't do the same. Next week, 22.5lbs. Even if I rip my shoulder out, I'm doing it !
