The beast on his way back from Toronto

Encounters mere pansy low mileage vehicles gathered in slow procession along the highway.

This is where he stands out. 6-cylinder growl burbling from what's left of exhaust pipe. A tired old heart beating away at a leisurely pace. Drivetrain sounding louder with every mile, neck-snapping up-shifts bullying the driver. He's faithful, keeps running even though his clothes are frayed and falling apart.

There's a certain pleasure in driving a slow old vehicle that has more character than yourself. I love the beast !
