Yes, I like some canned food. Let me rephrase that, I LOVE some canned food.
Chek would tell me that its bad. Poliquin would tell me its bad. In fact most health-conscious people would tell me its bad. BUT, fact remains you CAN't get certain levels of authenticity unless it comes in a can. Just like this red curry from Thailand. Manufactured in Thailand, its flavour can't really be mimicked even by the best Thai restaurants I've eaten at. Absolutely delicious, it even allows you to choose your own meat and add your own eggplant. Thanks mom, lunch was delicious ! Broccoli added by myself for superfood effect.

One sweet weekend
So my better half treated me to a great weekend getaway. We had massages (my back turned out to have a large amount of knots) and pizza and wine. Also a significant amount of hersheys kisses. There was a SL55 AMG parked outside the hotel overnight... Yes, outside in the winter with a sheet of snow overnight. Shame on u careless owner !!!

What I Learned during the Olympic Opening ceremony...
1) There are more Native nations than I was aware of
2) Some countries deserve a hat-tip for effort. Yup, you guys with one athlete walking in with your flag :)
3) 60,000 people is quite a lot to fit into a stadium
4) Some people really need to focus their effort better...i.e the protest people; everyones watching the ceremony guys...
5) Nelly Furtado's legs are much bigger than mine. And she doesn't seem to have much talent...
6) Bryan Adams is still cool. And looks pretty good for his age.
7) Sarah Mclachlan has an absolutely beautiful voice. I need to dig up the cd's of hers that I own. Yup I have a good collection.
8) I did understand why those protesters spent their time outside... that show must have cost quiitte a bit...
9) Everyone in the audience had two lights each... one regular and one blue.
10) Said lights looked really cool lit up
11) Speeches should be banned. Specially those by older important people, because they just don't know when to stop.
12) I'm proud to be Canadian. Although we're not spectacular at any sport... we're still pretty versatile !

We will miss you Sicky !
Until last week you were just another cichlid. Then I started noticing your discolored fins and lack of mental capacity. I know, the tank is overcrowded and you probably got attacked. Or you just had bad genes. Anyway, your slow sickly ways and the way you hung out in the corner of the tank made me notice you, earning your name - Sicky. I remember when I moved you to sick-bay the first time, you hung out in the shell I put in the bucket and then you got better - and you went back to the tank. I noticed your lack of appetite and fear of the other fish. Then you got sick again, truly living up to your name, and today I found you motionless in the sick-bay bucket. I hope you enjoy eternity in our toxic sewer systems, and from radiation and such maybe you will be some sort of superfish in the afterlife. :(

The car itself is very much a track car, some highlights - APR adjustable spoiler, 9.5" wide wheels... yum !
